We expect:
1. Flexible and student-oriented;
2. Adaptable and willing to develop non-teaching skills (Social Media Marketing, Graphic Design, Scriptwriting, Video-editing, Simultaneous translation, etc.)
3. Good with computers (proficient with Excel, PowerPoint, CorelDraw or Adobe Photoshop is a big plus), open to learn new technologies;
4. Ready to apply an absolutely new method of teaching English;
5. Experience in teaching English to children is an asset;
6. Creative in developing student-centered class activities;
7. Willing to travel within Bishkek and occasionally to other regions of Kyrgyzstan
8. Proficient in English language (minimum of B2 level)
Responsibilities:
1. To take teacher training orientation program;
2. To provide both computer-based classes and classroom activities at the Steppe Learning KG office (or at partner institutions or corporate clients’ offices)
3. To stay in touch with students regarding their progress and provide support via email and calls;
4. To make student progress reports
5. To participate in promotional events such as school visits, educational fairs, software demonstrations, etc.
